Our first meeting involves introductions & discussions around the experience of both parties to determine next steps.
Information Exchange
A mutual NDA will be signed between both parties, and information will be shared to determine where we can provide expertise.
Contract Execution
Once the information is reviewed by us, we will make a proposal on where we can deliver the best value for the client, and we will enter an engagement or partnership to move forward together.
Contract fulfillment
Depending on the scope of the engagement of partnership we will take appropriate actions to deliver as the terms of our commitment to our clients & partners.

Whether we are retained to assist in the capital component of a large scale development project, assist in arranging the construction financing, or with a capital introduction for your upcoming fund, we aim to exceed our clients expectations.
Terms
Once we have brought the right parties to the table we must finalize the details with a contract that meets both sides legal counsels considerations so that we can complete the assignment/s.
Closing
Once we have firmed up the details, we must deliver, and the parties must deliver on their promises to each other.
